Processing & Shipping Times: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are:

Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact the shipping carrier for updates.
Lost or Stolen Packages: FOXI LASHES is not liable for lost or stolen packages once shipped. If you experience an issue, please check with your local post office or shipping carrier to file a claim.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
By placing an order with FOXI LASHES, you agree to the terms outlined in this shipping policy. No refunds, under any circumstances, will be processed due to shipping issues after they have left our warehouse. Please file all claims with your mail courier.
